On this page

連拳 (Lián Quán, "Continuous Boxing") is a 31-posture empty-hand form of Seven Star Praying Mantis, published by Wong Hon Fan (黃漢勛) in 1972, Luo Guangyu line. As its name says, the set drills unbroken linking (連) — chaining the branch's hooking, ramming, and filling-punch combinations into a single continuous flow with no pause to reset.
