**攔截拳 (Lánjié Quán, "Interception Boxing")** is a **35-posture** empty-hand form of [**Seven Star Praying Mantis**](https://wulin.openmindspace.org/seven-star-mantis), from the published canon of [**Wong Hon Fan (黃漢勛)**](https://wulin.openmindspace.org/wong-hon-fan) in the **Luo Guangyu (羅光玉)** line. The name says the theme: *to intercept and cut off* — the form drills meeting and shutting down an incoming attack at the bridge, then answering on the same beat with the mantis's hooking hands, ramming claws, and stacked elbows.
