**連環錦套 (Liánhuán Jǐntào, "Linked Brocade")** is one of the longer core empty-hand forms of [**Seven Star Praying Mantis**](https://wulin.openmindspace.org/seven-star-mantis) — **55 postures** in the published canon of [**Wong Hon Fan (黃漢勛)**](https://wulin.openmindspace.org/wong-hon-fan), Luo Guangyu line. The name says the method: 連環 ("linked chains") + 錦套 ("a brocade set") — a long, unbroken routine that drills the *linking* of the branch's vocabulary (hooking hands, rolling forearms, waist-cuts, filling and avalanche punches, closing-the-door kicks) into continuous, flowing combinations.
