Black Tiger Blocks the Path (黑虎交叉) — Seven Star Mantis
On this page
黑虎交叉 (Hēihǔ Jiāochā, "Black Tiger Blocks the Path" / "Black Tiger Crossing") is a 38-posture empty-hand form of Seven Star Praying Mantis, published by Wong Hon Fan (黃漢勛) in 1972, Luo Guangyu line. Built on the black-tiger (黑虎) image — the crossing, path-blocking pattern of 黑虎偷心 ("black tiger steals the heart") that recurs through the mantis canon — it drills aggressive, line-cutting entries.
