**雙封 (Shuāng Fēng, "Double Seal")** is the **sixth and longest core sequence** of [**Six-Harmony Praying Mantis**](https://wulin.openmindspace.org/six-harmony-mantis) (張詳三 line) — **39 postures** that gather the branch's vocabulary into its capstone solo set. The "double seal" names its method of **shutting both of the opponent's gates at once**; the form runs through the intercepting hand (攔截手), the mother-and-child linked threading (子母連環穿), the golden-scissors hand (金剪手), the millstone hand (磨盤手), and the iron-cannon (鐵炮開城).

The 張詳三 Taiwan line teaches its empty-hand art as **six core sequences (六趟)** — 鐵齒 · 善手奔 · 鏡裡藏花 · 截手圈 · 葉底藏花 · 雙封 — alongside **六合短捶** and **六合拳**. This is the sixth and longest of the six. All six core sequences share the same closing run: **進步跺腳 → 破膝 → 掛耳圈**.
